I could not rate Matthew highly enough, he has just sold three properties for me all within a week of listing and at current and higher than current market value. One of the properties had been trashed and Matthew went out of his way organise trades in a timely and very organised manner as well as being available with keys when required. Matthew was always available for a phone call and kept me updated with the progress at every step of the way.
